As a community, we do our best to minimize changes in our schedule. However, sometimes weather and other circumstances beyond our control necessitate a cancellation, closure or delay. Please check this notice board for up-to-date cancellations, closures and delay information.
You may also want to make a note of our cancellation phone line information (413.539.5941 ext. 314 or toll free 866.641.2853 ext. 314) for times when you will not be near a computer.

Due to snow and icy conditions, we will be closing and cancelling all centers and groups for today, Tuesday, March 19th, 2013.
Afiya will remain open.
We anticipate opening according to schedule on Wednesday, March 20th.

Our regular Wednesday acupuncture offered at both the RLC's Greenfield and Holyoke Centers won't be happening this week (March 13th) due to unforseen personal circumstances for the acupuncturist.
It should be back in action by the following Wednesday, March 20th, so please join us then!

Due to snowy conditions, the Western Mass RLC will be cancelling all groups and open hours for today, Wednesday, January 16th. Afiya will remain open as scheduled, though there may be delays in new people coming in to stay while travel remains dangerous.
We anticipate returning to our normal schedule tomorrow, Thursday, January 17th. |

Many of us have spent some time at Karoun's Springfield yoga studio. Her gentle blend of yoga and relaxation techniques has been a fixture of the Western Mass RLC community for quite some time. Recently, Karoun's Studio was impacted by the explosion that happened on Worthington Street. While she is fine, the studio took a bit of damage, and so this month, she will only be able to offer her usual Thursday session from 10-11 am at the RLC's Bowen Center. We are also anticipating that her Tuesday class will be changing locations to her new location in West Springfield as of January, so stay tuned for details!
If you've found yoga practice to be an important part of your day, week or month, don't despair - come join other community members at our other yoga classes across the area.
In Pittsfield, every Tuesday from 10-11:30 am, Yoga Means Union meets to join in meditation and gentle yoga.

The Springfield RLC will still host Karoun's regular gentle yoga and stretching , open to any level of practice, every Thursday from 10-11 am.

In Northampton, the RLC and Freedom Center come together to offer yoga every Thursday from 3:30-5 pm at the Forbes Library.

Due to anticipated conditions resulting from Hurricaine Sandy, the Western Mass RLC will be cancelling all center hours and meetings scheduled for Monday, October 29th, 2012. We plan to return to our normal schedule on Tuesday, October 30th, but will post updates here if that changes.
